Client Challenge #1

A home remodeling company was experiencing rapid growth and need some immediate financial expertise to get the books cleaned-up.

Our Approach

The books were not providing the kind of financial information that was needed to help the owners make decisions. All In One Accounting was able to get the books cleaned up, organize and streamline processes and work with the owners to create a budget and financial goals. All In One Accounting continues to provide part-time CFO services on a quarterly basis.

Client Challenge #2

A 5 million dollar construction company was experiencing again another part-time CFO leaving in the midst of upgrading their accounting software.

Our Approach

Their needs including maximizing the powerful software that was just integrated — requiring a high degree of understanding and training of staff. They also needed consistent financial report, budgeting, forecasting and working to obtain better bank financing. An All In One Accounting CFO was hired to get their accounting processes up and running, their software utilized to it's fullest and to work on new bank financing. They continue to use an All In One Accounting CFO on a weekly basis.

A multi-unit restaurant chain was doing all of their accounting by hand.

Our Approach

The company presented 9 months worth of bank statements and check stubs to be updated. All In One was able to get the company set up on QuickBooks, catch up 9 months of bookkeeping and provide the client with current financial statements. In addition the bookkeeper trained the owner on how to do the daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks. All In One Accounting continues to provide month end closing services and reporting financial statements remotely. The clients desire to be caught up, have good financial information and have this done cost effectively was achieved.

A specialty construction company was experiencing cash pains and couldn't figure out why.

Our Approach

They had two distinct lines of business but weren't tracking according to these. In addition the owners were in the process of moving to another state. All In One Accounting was able to help reorganize their books - in a way that made sense. These adjustments showed that one business line was clearly very profitable and one was not. The owners were able to sell the one business line that wasn't as profitable. All In One Accounting provided the owners and the bank with information and assurances needed to make the decision to sell a piece of the business. All In One continues to provide monthly CFO services including month end processing, training of staff, bank reporting and overall support to the absentee owners.
